Medical Assistant – Hybrid Clinical & Care Management
Are you a passionate Medical Assistant looking for a role that goes beyond the exam room? Join our growing team where your work truly makes a difference in patients' lives every single day!
What You'll Do:
- Support a dynamic retinal practice with in-office patient care
- Connect with patients monthly through CCM and BHI outreach calls
- Help chronic and behavioral health patients stay on track between visits
- Coordinate care, monitor progress, and be a trusted voice patients look forward to hearing
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own patient caseload
- Ophthalmology or specialty experience a plus
- CCM/BHI experience a plus but we will train the right person!
