About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist in Radford, VA who’s hungry to grow.
If your goal is to master dental implants, IV and oral conscious sedation, bone grafting, and full-arch prosthetics, this position is built for you.
You’ll receive personalized mentorship from an experienced clinician who is committed to helping you elevate your confidence and competence in advanced, high-value procedures.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Typical Dental Procedures
Gain real experience — not just observation — in implant dentistry and bone grafting
IV and oral conscious sedation with confidence
Plan and complete full-arch prosthetic cases from start to finish
Develop advanced digital workflows and clinical precision
