Retirement Plan Consultant - Jacksonville, FL

Retirement Plan Consultant Corebridge Financial provides retirement solutions and is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver objective guidance, support enrollment, and growth of retirement assets. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. Present enrollment meetings, age‑based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor. Active participation in benefit fairs and new employee orientations. Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process. Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation. Travel may be required for new plan enrollments, depending on territory. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 preferred. Appropriate state insurance licenses required. CFP, ChFC, or similar designations desirable. Excellent presentation skills. Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus. Benefits Competitive salary with bonus potential.
