Horizon Management began as a family-owned and operated business founded forty years ago and has subsequently grown into a major force in the community association management industry in the greater Los Angeles area. Horizon specializes in the management of community associations located in West L.A., the Wilshire Corridor, West Hollywood, the Marina area, the South Bay and Long Beach.

Now Hiring: On-Site Maintenance/Janitorial Manager
Seagate HOA (90274) • 167-unit condo community
Full-time (40 hrs/week) • Salary: Commensurate with experience
Paid twice monthly • Vacation, sick days, holidays & benefits included
Responsibilities: Daily janitorial tasks, light maintenance, vendor coordination
Must attend Board/committee meetings as needed and remain reachable for emergencies

The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience in maintenance and repairs and Janitorial work

- Supervisory skills

- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, units, and grounds

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventories

- Troubleshoot and repair light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues

- Assist in training staff and maintain effective communication with supervisors

- Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
