Join our vibrant team in Bethlehem, PA! We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our fast casual restaurant, serving up delicious, scratch-made food to the community. As General Manager in Bethlehem, PA, you’ll own all aspects of the business – driving sales, P&L, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and consistent execution
• Own daily operations, including scheduling, opening/closing shifts, and ensuring brand standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective upselling, promotions, and cost controls
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality
• Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and administrative tasks with accuracy
• Build culture, coach performance, and develop future leaders

We're looking for:

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual or QSR
• Proven P&L responsibility and ability to drive top-line sales and control costs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving fresh, delicious food and developing people
