Licensure/Certifications: Required licensing in Massachusetts; Pediatrics or Neonatal Care certification preferred
Experience: Prior Neonatal or Critical Care experience required

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality neonatal and critical care in a busy NICU setting
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform assessments, diagnostics, and treatment within your scope of practice
Document patient care accurately and efficiently
Support family education and emotional needs of patients and their families

What You Need:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Neonatal or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
Minimum [X] years of relevant clinical experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
