Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client preferences and current trends Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Execute precise barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and hair threading for a polished grooming experience Recommend hair care products, extensions, and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales through upselling strategies Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks, provide expert advice on hair care routines, and ensure a positive experience Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair coloring, styling techniques, and customer service best practices Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for booking and client management Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and the use of various styling tools and products Skilled in performing hair extensions application, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty services is a plus Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively and foster lasting relationships Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism Experience mentoring or training team members is desirable but not required Join us to unleash your creativity while delivering top-tier grooming experiences!
