With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining, we specialize in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and are hiring for a CNC Machinist! We're proud to deliver high-quality, precision components, and that means we rely on a team that's committed, skilled, and ready to take ownership beyond a typical machining role. Schedule: 1st shift ; M-F 7a-4p Pay: $30-$40/hr (not including bonuses!) Responsibilities: Troubleshoot complex multi-axis CNC machines. Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred) Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of setting up jobs independently with strong machining skills. Proficient with blueprint reading and GD&T familiarity.
