Java Developer

Role: Java Developer
Location: Irvine,CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Rate: $60/hr

Job Descriptions:
Design, develop, and maintain Core Java applications running on JVM in Unix/Solaris environments
Execute and manage Java applications via Unix command line (batch / standalone execution)
Implement and manage self-driven database connections and MQ integrations
Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions from Java applications
Work with messaging queues (MQ) for asynchronous communication and data processing
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, database, and messaging layers
Perform performance tuning and log analysis in Unix environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles.
Strong experience with SQL and data querying techniques.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and multiple data sources.
Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
