Job Description: Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location: New Hyde Park, NY Hours: 4/10 Hour Shifts; Mon, Wed-Fri (Between 7:00am-8:00pm) RDO Tuesday Organization: New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS) In This Role, You Will:

- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere
- Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections
- Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system
- Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings
- Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Starting: $23/hr
