Onsite Benefits Support Specialist 

Production Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Training: 4 weeks of classroom training provided 8:30 AM – 5PM EST

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour-please note this rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Consider this when applying.

Job Summary:
\n We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Support Specialists to work in office to support retirees and current employees with pension plan inquiries. This role combines phone-based administrative support and customer service, assisting members by navigating multiple systems to provide accurate benefits information.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Answer calls from retirees and employees regarding pension and retirement benefits.
\n
• Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
\n
• Accurately document member interactions and update records.
\n
• Provide professional customer service in a call center environment.
\n
• Support new business implementation and administrative tasks as needed.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n
• Basic typing and computer skills.
\n
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
\n
• Ability to pass a criminal background check 
\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $29,640 - $37,050.
