You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for testing and validating cutting-edge gaming technology and software. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of mathematics, gaming, and software testing, as well as proficiency in a variety of programming languages. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide leadership and guidance, ensuring the highest standards of testing are met. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product. Identify and remedy defects within the production process. Collaborate with other engineers and product development teams during product design phase to understand product scope and then create appropriate test process and strategy. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure all gaming software and systems comply with applicable regulations and standards. Collaborate with mathematicians to understand the mathematical models used in our games and validate their implementation in code. Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Game Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Test Engineer role or similar. Proficiency in C++, C#, C/C++, and Java programming languages. Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems. Strong knowledge of mathematical testing and statistics. Experience in the gaming industry, including a deep understanding of gaming regulations. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to testing. Experience working with mathematicians and understanding complex mathematical models. Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
