Technology company Looking for Corporate Counsel:

Offices and Facilities Worldwide

supplies instruments, systems, technologies, and products used in manufacturing.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience with securities and corporate governance matters advising public company clients.
Licensed member of at least one state bar.
Strong knowledge of public company reporting, disclosure and compliance.
Experience at a large law firm and/or supporting the securities function of a public company in-house.

Excellent Compensation with Stock Bonus.
