Park Nicollet Clinic/HealthPartners Care Group – Faculty, Methodist Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program Location: Minneapolis, MN Overview The University of Minnesota-Methodist Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program is recruiting a full‑time (or near full‑time) physician faculty with or without obstetrics. The program is a competitive 6‑6‑6, university‑sponsored, community‑based residency located in St. Louis Park, a first‑ring suburb of Minneapolis, serving a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Hospital rounding and hospital call. Precepting in clinic (prenatal, pediatric, adult & older adult, and office procedures). Resident mentoring and advising. Scholarly activity including curriculum development and research. Qualifications Postgraduate clinical practice and resident teaching experience. Ongoing prenatal and birthing care skills (highly desired). Commitment to excellence in resident education and patient care. Curiosity, humility, flexibility, and ability to work in a group. Faculty development enhances for those new to academic medicine. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, base compensation ranging from $247,416.00 to $367,494.40 annually. Potential work RVU productivity bonus. Compensation influenced by education, experience, location, internal equity. Estimated work allocation: ~50% resident teaching, 30% clinical practice, 20% scholarly activity and resident education administration.
