What You’ll Do

• Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, nurses, infusion teams, and support staff
• Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration
• Support patient education, care coordination, and symptom management
• Document care in the EPIC EMR system for seamless patient management
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with patient support services, including survivorship and palliative care

What You Need

• Required:
  • Minnesota license
  • Board Certification as PA or APP
  • Experience in hematology/oncology (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
  • Experience with outpatient oncology procedures
