Intrado is seeking a PSAP (911) Call Center Field IT Services Technician to join our Life & Safety team. The role travels across New York, installing and maintaining equipment and covering a region in Albany County. Core duties include maintaining 911 call handling systems, on-site training, and troubleshooting software/hardware with remote support as needed.
