Bilingual Therapies is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. We currently have three openings available, including two full-time positions and one long-term substitute opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for academic success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory regulation, self-help, and school participation skills

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist License Required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to support students with a variety of educational and developmental needs
• Commitment to student success and inclusive educational practices

Assignment Details

• 3 Openings Available
  • 2 Full-Time Occupational Therapists
  • 1 Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist (first few months of the school year; exact dates to be determined)
• Caseload of approximately 20–40 students
• Work within a single assigned building
• Support students requiring occupational therapy services across educational settings
