This contract opportunity near Saint Paul, MN, is seeking three skilled OTs to support students’ growth and functional independence in a nurturing educational environment. Two full-time positions are available, along with a long-term substitute slot for the initial months (exact dates to be confirmed). Each therapist will provide dedicated services within a single building, creating stability and the chance to build strong connections with students and staff.

You’ll work collaboratively with educators and support teams in one of four education centers, supporting a caseload of 20-40 students in a specialized setting. This is an ideal environment for therapists who thrive when focusing on impactful, long-term relationships with their students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for MN, with school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and the special education process
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Adaptable, solution-oriented approach in dynamic environments
• Previous experience in special education or similar settings is a plus
• Reliable and organized, committed to consistent support and documentation

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Designing and implementing interventions to enhance student participation and achievement
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student goals
• Maintaining thorough student records and timely progress reporting
• Participating in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development

This position offers the satisfaction of making a difference throughout the school year, with a schedule from September 8, 2026, to June 10, 2027, and 37.5 hours per week.
