Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the vibrant Saint Paul, MN area. Two full-time SLP positions are available, including one focused on a high school caseload. You’ll collaborate with students, families, and educators to provide direct and virtual services that drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience with school-based SLP services strongly preferred
• Teletherapy skills or experience delivering remote speech therapy is a plus
• Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in both in-person and teletherapy formats as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to provide comprehensive student support
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning for student success
