We are looking for a reliable and experienced New Construction Residential Plumber for all phases (Soil, Top Out, Gas & Trim) in Tucson who is passionate about their work and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in new residential construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential plumbing systems in new construction buildings.
- Read blueprints and follow plumbing codes and regulations.
- Work with other members of the construction team to ensure successful project completion.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing malfunctions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques and technologies.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in new residential construction.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
