We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy outpatient clinic in Brooklyn Center, MN. The Medical Assistant will support providers and patients by performing both clinical and administrative duties and helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and complete standard rooming procedures
• Assist providers with patient care and treatment
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic clinic laboratory testing
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed
• Provide telephone and patient support
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Support front desk/check-in activities when needed
• Order and stock clinic supplies
• Communicate effectively with providers and other healthcare team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP), or an approved RMA program with required work experience and certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

LPN Candidates Also Accepted

LPN candidates may also be considered.

LPN Pay: $24.50–$32.77/hour

LPN candidates must have:

• Active Minnesota LPN license at the time of submission
• Current BLS Certification
