We are seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers and patients in a busy outpatient clinic. LPN candidates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for appointments.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens.
• Provide telephone and prescription refill support.
• Assist with phlebotomy and clinic laboratory testing as needed.
• Support front desk, prior authorizations, and supply management when required.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients of all ages.

Requirements – CMA

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Requirements – LPN

• Active Minnesota LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous clinical/clinic experience preferred.
