Key Responsibilities of the RN PCU:

• Manage and care for patients with acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and other cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care.
• Titrate medications such as Argatroban, Digoxin, and Insulin.
• Collaborate with CNAs, phlebotomists, and respiratory therapists for patient care.
• Monitor and verify telemetry strips once per shift.

Requirements of the RN PCU:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiology
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and titrating medications
