A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, operational analytics, and strategic planning initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
\n
• Analyze operating metrics, expenses, headcount, and business performance trends.
\n
• Build financial models and management reporting materials.
\n
• Assist with strategic projects, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis.
\n
• Partner with finance, accounting, HR, and business teams on key initiatives.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, transaction advisory, or a related field.
\n
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills.
\n
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
