Valuation Associate / Senior Analyst - Investment Management
\n \nLocation: New York, NY | Hybrid
\nA leading investment firm is seeking a valuation professional to support the valuation of private market investments.
\n \nResponsibilities include preparing and reviewing valuations, analyzing complex capital structures, coordinating with external valuation providers and auditors, preparing valuation committee materials, and supporting improvements to valuation processes and reporting.
\n \nIdeal Background:
\n- \n
- 3+ years of experience in private market valuations \n
- Knowledge of fair value methodologies, enterprise valuation approaches, and complex capital structures \n
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills \n
- CFA, CPA, ASA, or progress toward a relevant certification preferred \n
