Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the lounge

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or bar server preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess any necessary permits or certifications
