Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator (Construction):
Support the department by managing standard operating procedures, file management, and financial reporting.
Handle the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents, ensuring timely processing of invoices and pay applications.
Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance, license applications, and construction notices.
Assist in the bidding process, document storage, and verification of new store addresses.
Provide support in the use of Project Management Software and coordinate ad-hoc reporting as requested by leadership.

Required Skills for Project Coordinator (Construction):
Minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in construction or finance.
Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with Project Management Software like Projectmates or Procore.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
