Phlebotomist Float

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Fayetteville, AR and surrounding areas. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday hours will vary between 8am – 5:30pm; additional days and hours may be required. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Current or prior Labcorp experience. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must be from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. At least 21 years old. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Compensation Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.
