Residential Service Operations Manager

FirstKey Homes

FirstKey Homes seeks a Service Manager to lead the local Service Office and Field Operations in Memphis. The role ensures resident service requests are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards, while guiding a team of technicians, coordinators, and vendors. You will oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and performance metrics, with about 10% field time for inspections and resident experience assessment.
