Responsibilities Apply your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Deliver skilled interventions—including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities—to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice). Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. CPR and first aid certification required. Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates. Compensation $85,000 – $112,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
