Engagement Coordinator

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Engagement Coordinator will manage outreach to insured members for scheduling annual wellness exams, utilizing a Progressive dialer while working remotely in a temporary role with potential for permanent placement. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with members through effective communication and customer service Assist members with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments while providing necessary instructions Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and texts, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or a customer-focused, production-driven environment Understanding of medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dialer systems Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between 9am-6pm EST
