Production Planner

About The Role The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. The person in this role will create production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, and the Operations Department's capacities. In addition, I will analyze inventory and coordinate with Procurement, Material Control, and Production to produce effective schedules, provide Production Orders, and any other reports/data needed. Lastly, this position will also be responsible for tracking the production process and reporting data to partner departments, as well as the administrative process, including Material Review Board support. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
