Senior Business Data Analyst

For our Client from the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. What you will do: Gather, analyze, and consolidate business requirements from stakeholders and business units. Translate business needs into clear, standardized, and actionable requirements. Define and document data entities, data flows, and relationships across source systems. Support backlog refinement and requirements prioritization in collaboration with the Product Owner. Facilitate communication and alignment between business teams, Product Owners, and development teams. Identify, track, and communicate risks, impediments, and project dependencies. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or similar data warehouse solutions. Strong understanding of data models, data structures, and analytics. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Experience within the energy or utilities sector. Knowledge of process analysis and system integrations.
