Описание Roboyo AI specializes in Applied AI and Agentic Automation, assisting enterprises in transitioning from experimental AI projects to production-grade systems. The company focuses on autonomous agents, process orchestration, and human‑in‑the‑loop governance to deliver measurable business outcomes and transformation programs. Задачи Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities. Gather, structure, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders. Perform data analysis and research to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Create process documentation, user stories, business cases, and functional specifications. Drive testing and validation activities for automation and Agentic AI solutions. Collaborate with and coordinate across consultants, developers, architects, and stakeholders. Требования 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, or operations related to process automation. Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven ability to independently manage requirements, analysis, and deliverables in client‑facing environments. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and/or automation and AI technologies. Proficiency in creating various document types and proactive customer engagement. Solid utilization and routing of AI prompting. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Italian (C2); English (C1); Spanish (B2). Nice to have: Background in a structured working environment (Big Fours, Consulting specialized firms, Automation Players).
