Your key responsibilities: Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects and/or initiatives Be a member / manage transformation programmes and projects and deliver them according to agreed time, cost and quality within appropriate governance frameworks Design and deliver IT Operating Model as a result of transformation initiatives Design IT Architecture based on recognized frameworks (i.e. TOGAF) Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming Manage business (Client) stakeholders EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. Skills and attributes: Experience of managing complex projects and programmes Experience in IT processes and IT services transition and transformation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Stakeholder management and communication experience Comfort around senior management Demonstrable experience in change management Understanding of Global Business Services operating model Your background: Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and/or working in a Project Management Office (PMO) and implementation of project governance Experience working in Global Business Services is in plus Expertise in IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL framework) Ideally, you’ll also have: Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / Service Strategy What we offer: Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative – instructor-led trainings and vouchers for the Microsoft exams.
