Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change activities within complex, international transformation programs. This role combines structured project management with strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and ways of working evolve alongside technology and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will drive organizational readiness and support successful adoption of new systems, tools, and processes. Responsibilities Lead organizational change activities within complex, international transformation programs. Develop and execute change management plans that align with project goals and timelines. Engage stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and sponsorship. Own communication strategies and activities to support adoption and usage of new systems, tools, and processes. Support organizational readiness efforts, including training, coaching, and stakeholder enablement. Identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption. Qualifications Experience as a Change Manager or in a similar change management role within complex transformation programs. Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies. Ability to work effectively with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across international contexts.
