Construction Project Accountant (Indianapolis, IN)

Position: Project Accountant Reports to: Project Executive or Program Manager Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Perform billing functions for construction project(s) Maintain a timely and organized invoicing process and supporting documentation Collaborate and communicate with Project Operations and external stakeholders to keep the monthly billing on time and accurate Work with the Project Team and the Accounting/Finance Teams to resolve discrepancies/questions Continuously analyze project costs to ensure effectiveness and accuracy Deliver a high level of customer service to cross functional partners Support customer audits Your Expertise Required: You have at least 1 year of experience in billing, and/or project accounting or finance Required: You’re familiar with accounting software and spreadsheets Bonus Points: You’re familiar with accounting/finance in the construction industry Bonus Points: You’ve earned your bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management, cost management, finance, or a related field Our Benefits We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
