IT Business Analyst - RemoteGenesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst - Remote position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote. Compensation: $95.00 - $99.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role focuses on translating business requirements into technology solutions within the transportation management (TMS) and onboard-computer (OBC) space. The ideal candidate will support system deployments, gather requirements for new product lines, perform functional testing, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance complex information systems. All work is to be completed in the CST time zone.Key Responsibilities:Apply an understanding of business needs to create better process and technology solutions in the TMS / OBC spaceWork with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit and risk/impact analysisSupport system deployment, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues, and working them to resolutionParticipate with the team to perform analysis and gather requirements for deployment to additional product linesProvide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing, and assure proper user acceptance testingSupport, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systemsMaintain detailed documentationProvide new user training on supported applications, as requestedMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulationsParticipate in testing for unit tests and integration testsProvide cutover and hyper care supportPrimary Requirements:4+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in road transportationOne full lifecycle OBC deploymentOne full lifecycle TMS deploymentOne year of OBC / TMS support experience1+ year of requirements-gathering SDLC workshop experienceProven ability to work with cross-matrixed teamsExcellent communication, organization, and thought delivery skillsSelf-starter with proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questionsEfficient time manager with strong collaboration skillsDesired Skills:Motive deployment experienceMastery Mastermind deployment / support experienceRoad Energy Transportation business experienceSnowflake Integration experienceOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
