Financial Recovery Representative III - C&I Specialty

Responsibilities Develop a workout strategy on classified (special asset) loans Responsible for analyzing financial plans, negotiating loan collection or restructuring, and recommending/overseeing litigation, liquidation or the charge off of a loan Work with loan officers to manage the borrowing relationship and participate in loan watchlist preparation and review Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an ongoing basis Ensure staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principles Maintain current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting 7+ years of experience in commercial or business banking underwriting, lending, or credit #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
