As a Closely Held Business Advisor III (VP) within the PNC Private Bank, you will be primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Job Description Make business decisions regarding new business that includes closely‑held (non‑publicly traded) assets and evaluate the ability to accept these assets; involved in more complex sales of assets and related legal issues. Monitor, coordinate, interpret and process financial and non‑financial information on a monthly basis relating to closely‑held assets held within Investment Management and Trust accounts; may provide guidance to other team members. Work with sales and fiduciary teams who are proposing new business that includes a closely‑held asset; evaluate the ability to accept the asset and help determine the best plan of administration. Coordinate and operate committee presentations with advisors and other committee chairs responsible for the oversight of special asset acceptance, administration or disposition reviews. Work with various internal partners to help support the acquisition, accurate reporting and sale of assigned closely‑held assets and is often the lead for these relationships. Coordinate and conduct fiduciary reviews of assigned closely‑held business assets, including more complex assets or relationships, held within wealth accounts and make investment/fiduciary recommendations related to the asset for presentation at the monthly committee meeting. Provide compliance‑based reporting for assets that have been flagged as exceptions and oversee, coordinate and perform compliance reviews for assets accepted. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
