Senior EHS Specialist

Responsibilities Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards. Provides support and EHS expertise to approximately 12 global facilities across the division, aligning on compliance, company and divisional standards. Embraces Human and Organizational Principles (HOP) mindset and aligns culture, processes and systems to prevent serious injuries in the organization by delivering training, identifying high‑energy risk, and providing mitigation and prevention strategies. Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions. Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions, alerts management to opportunities and makes recommendations for improvement. Requirements Experience conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory evaluations. Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable improvement plans. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance, risk assessment, and data analysis to enhance safety protocols across global facilities.
