Third Cook-Weekends

United Hebrew of New Rochelle's Assisted Living program, Willow Towers, is seeking a Third Cook to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Dietary department.

Job Details:

Full-time workers for the Dietary department at Willow Towers receive Union 1199 full benefits package, including paid time off (vacation, sick, personal), health, dental, and vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan. Part-Time is benefit eligible.

We are looking for strong cooks with the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education/certification in food preparation.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• 3+ years of experience in quantity cooking.
• Working knowledge of special diets, various cuts of meat, use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, sanitation regulations.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus.
