Chief Operating Officer

The client seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key member of leadership in Boulder, Colorado, partnering closely with the Executive Director and other senior leaders to strengthen organizational operations, respond to organizational growth, and prepare for the future. The COO will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving cross-organizational alignment and effectiveness while helping to build the infrastructure, organizational capacity, and culture needed to advance the client’s mission. The COO will oversee Finance ; Accounting, Development, Information Technology, Facilities, Human Resources, and Communications. In this role, the COO is expected to build and optimize operational processes, support organizational resilience during rapid yet strategic growth, and ensure that operational excellence enables long-term mission impact across the organization.
