A community pharmacy seeks experienced pharmacists to join a per diem pool serving as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) during manager absences at a clinic location.


Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Setting: Community Pharmacy / FHQC
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts: As Needed


Responsibilities:

• Act as Pharmacist-in-Charge in the manager's absence, overseeing daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain pharmacy standards
• Provide expert medication therapy management and counseling to patients
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate records and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License is required
• Prior retail pharmacy experience is essential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
