Director, Global Strategic Marketing

Role Lead global marketing strategy for Repligen’s Chromatography business, including resins and pre-packed columns, with a focus on demand generation, market positioning, and revenue growth. Responsibilities develop and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns drive AI integration across marketing workflows to enhance speed, personalization, and efficiency analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Commercial, Applications) manage a small team and oversee marketing KPIs and budgets, leveraging analytics for continuous optimization Requirements Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field 10+ years in marketing within life sciences or bioprocessing, with expertise in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing preferred proven experience in global product commercialization, digital marketing, and AI tools strong leadership and stakeholder management skills HighValue bioprocessing biologics manufacturing downstream chromatography market segmentation digital transformation AI-driven marketing global scope travel 10-20% WorkSetup reporting to Head of Global Marketing; hybrid/remote with domestic and international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
