Join Our Team!
We are looking for an experienced Countertop Templater to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate has experience creating precise field templates using laser measuring equipment and styrene plastic strips to ensure accurate fabrication and seamless installations.
Responsibilities:
- Visit residential and commercial job sites to create precise countertop templates.
- Use laser templating equipment and styrene strips to capture accurate dimensions.
- Verify cabinet layouts, overhangs, seams, sink locations, appliance clearances, and other job-site details.
- Communicate template information clearly with the fabrication and installation teams.
- Identify and resolve potential installation issues before production begins.
- Maintain templating equipment and company vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Experience templating granite, quartz, marble, or solid surface countertops preferred.
- Proficiency using laser templating systems and styrene strip templating methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
