Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and collaboratively devise personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's situation.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy techniques, to address issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' therapeutic progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention support, including risk assessments and strategies for suicide prevention, ensuring immediate safety and stabilization for clients in distress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, medical doctors, and external support organizations to ensure cohesive care for clients, facilitating referrals when additional services are necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, demonstrating adherence to ethical standards of practice.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and conferences to remain current with best practices and innovative treatment strategies in the field of social work.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Positive Intentions, you will primarily serve a diverse client base from Chester, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
