Du weißt, wer gerade viral geht, bevor es im Agenturmeeting zum „Next Big Thing" erklärt wird? Du schaust Trash-TV, sprichst fließend DM-Slides, kennst die wichtigsten KPIs im Influencer-Marketing und hast schon Kampagnen für D2C-Brands skaliert? Schon mal ein gutes Zeichen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der das gesamte Influencer Marketing bei Sivara verantwortet, strategisch denkt und Stück für Stück zur Head of Influencer Marketing wächst. Du arbeitest eigenständig, triffst Budget-Entscheidungen, baust Strukturen auf und gibst Gas, auch wenn keiner zuschaut.
- Du verantwortest die komplette Influencer-Marketing-Strategie, von Creator-Auswahl über Kampagnen-Planung bis zur Skalierung.
- Du baust und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu den richtigen Creatorn.
- Du planst und optimierst Kampagnen, steuerst Budget und Performance, ziehst die richtigen Schlüsse aus den Daten.
- Du baust ein nachhaltiges Mikro-Influencer-Netzwerk auf, das uns langfristig Reichweite und Sales liefert.
- Du erstellst Briefings, koordinierst mit Creatorn und deren Managements und kontrollierst die Umsetzung.
- Du analysierst KPIs (CAC, AOV, ROAS, etc.) und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab.
- Du testest neue Formate (TikTok, YouTube, Affiliate-Strukturen, neue Plattformen), wo es Sinn macht.
- Du gestaltest Strukturen und Prozesse, sodass Influencer Marketing bei uns skalierbarer wird, perspektivisch mit eigenem Team unter dir.
Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing, idealerweise im D2C- oder E-Commerce-Bereich.
- Du brennst für die Creator-Welt. Trends erkennst du früher als andere, neue Formate testest du sofort.
- Du willst Verantwortung von Anfang an.
- Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit Hands-on-Mentalität: du hast Ideen, setzt sie selbst um und überprüfst, ob sie funktioniert haben.
- Du hast tiefes KPI-Verständnis und arbeitest datengetrieben, nicht aus dem Bauch.
- Du erkennst beim „Kampf der Realitystars" mehr Gesichter als bei der OMR.
- Du bist vertraut mit Instagram, TikTok und idealerweise auch YouTube und Pinterest.
- Google Sheets ist dein Freund (Reportings, KPI-Tracking, etc.).
- Du ziehst Themen eigenständig durch, lieferst sauber und gibst Gas, auch wenn keiner zuschaut.
