This well-respected hearing healthcare organization, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in the Yorktown Heights, NY area to serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Patient Experience & Front Office Support

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Scheduling & Administrative Coordination

• Manage provider schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new patients, cancellations, and missed appointments.
• Facilitate daily team meetings and coordinate clinic workflow activities.
• Document appointment outcomes and update patient information

Patient Records & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Update demographic, insurance, and medical information as needed.
• Assist with patient file organization and record maintenance.

Insurance, Billing & Financial Administration

• Collect and verify insurance information.
• Submit insurance-related requests and monitor claim status.
• Process patient payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and deposit reconciliation.

Marketing & Patient Retention

• Help support patient outreach and retention initiatives.
• Participate in community events, promotions, and special clinic activities.
• Assist with patient communication campaigns and recall efforts.

General Clinic Operations

• Monitor office supply levels and coordinate ordering needs.
• Support daily operational processes to ensure smooth clinic performance.
• Assist with additional administrative and clinic duties as assigned.
