Mobile Service Advisor Location: Greensboro Headquarters – Greensboro, NC (On-Site) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + Rotating Saturday Schedule Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience This Isn't a Desk Job. It's Mission Control.

What You'll Own

As a Mobile Service Advisor, you're the connection between our customers, mobile technicians, and operations team.

You'll own the service experience from the initial customer call through job completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage high-volume service requests and create accurate repair orders.

• Dispatch and coordinate mobile technicians across multiple territories.

• Communicate repair status, approvals, and timelines with customers.

• Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.

• Coordinate with Parts to keep repairs moving and minimize downtime.

• Keep technicians productive while ensuring customers receive timely updates.

• Adjust schedules and priorities quickly when emergencies arise.

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process.

Experience as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, or Fleet Coordinator in heavy-duty diesel, trucking, fleet maintenance, or commercial vehicle service is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
